- While cooking you will notice chicken shreds easy and is colored by wine. Sauce will be darker.
- As you taste you may decide to add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, maybe balsamic vinegar. You have to taste and season as you go along. This can go over any pasta anytime. I added the extra 2 tbsp of brown sugar.
